Masjid al-Quba, the first mosque built by Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) in Medina, holds a special place in Islamic history. Its significance goes beyond its historical roots, as praying two rak'ahs there is equivalent to performing an Umrah! 🕌
Alhamdulillah, I had the incredible opportunity to visit Masjid al-Quba twice during my Umrah trip last year.(Once during the day and the other at night)
Its beauty, Subhanallah, was captivating! Both daytime and night-time visits brought unique reflections and a profound sense of connection to my faith's rich history.
As we prepare for Jummah today, let's remember the importance of community and gathering for worship. The Prophet (pbuh) said, "The best day on which the sun has risen is Friday..." (Sahih Muslim). ☀
Masjid al-Quba and Jummah remind us of unity, devotion, and gratitude.
➡ Parents, share the story of Masjid al-Quba with your children today! It's a beautiful way to connect them with Islamic history and inspire their faith.
Have you visited Masjid al-Quba?

For those who are yet to, may Allah call you to visit soon in shaa Allah. Amin
Jummah Mubarak! 🕌
